Just thought i would mention this in passing as i don't generally use this forum anymore. I've not owned a Volvo 400 for a couple of years now, but looking back at the meetings forum, none of you guys look like you have ever taken your cars down the drag strip.
A number of us from another volvo forum are attending a RWYB day at Shakespeare County Raceway,
http://www.shakespearecountyraceway.co.uk Statford upon Avon this Sunday 6/9/09. If any of you wanted to turn up, it would be more the merrier.
I for one would definitely be interested to see what 1/4 mile times the 400s are capable of.

I did a 17.6 quarter mile in my 2.0 ES, consider that a benchmark.

Saw a stripped out 440T do a mid to low 15. Had an MBC.

i ran a 16 .2 at pod with a leaky top boost hose and slipping clutch lol
