Hello Wayne

Unfortunately the barns are fully booked throughout June 2009 already. The first available weekend is June 26, 27 & 28. The pricing for the camping in the barns for 2008 low season was Ã‚Â£8/night/adult and Ã‚Â£5/night/child. We have not set the prices for 2009 as yet, but we upgrading the facilities this winter and there is likely to be a fee increase inline with the improved amenities provided.

There will be plenty of room on the campsite over that period if you would prefer to camp. There would be no need to book if you wished to do this and group is less than 20 people. If your group will be over 20 people we request that you complete a booking from and send it in to us. A booking form can be downloaded from the website.

If we're gonna make this happen then I need some commitment from you guys. Ok so price is unknown at the moment but minimum cost for the barn is Ã‚Â£150 per night this year alone not including the camping.

We're looking at two nights so Ã‚Â£300 just for starters, so for this to be affordable i reckon we need 20+ people.

Please post your intentions ASAP.

And if we get the numbers then we will look into making a booking in the new year, I would want Ã‚Â£10 deposit at that time.

If this puts people of, no problem, but neither Me or Lee can sub this on a basis of we might get the numbers.

As last time, I'm getting too old for sleeping other than in a decent bed, so although I'd like to join you during the days, I'd stay in a local hotel. However, just to help out, I'd contribute a tenner towards the costs.

Damn guys, its not even that far to travel from Shrewsbury.
But unfortunately I'll be graduating this year and its timetabled between the 30th June and 3rd July.

So I doubt I could make it.
