OMFG, that is fantastic landcape.

I'm starting to really regret living in London. The best I get for a change of scenery is driving thu Clapham instead of Brixton (unless I want to spend 1hr getting outside the M25 first).

Can't wait for the meet. Hope it doesn't rain!

BTW - all deposits for the meal had to be in by today as Sue's prev post. No deposit, no place for the evening meal.

cant see the windmills - my cousin who lives near cerrigydrudion hates windmills - i just hate estate agents. (why should i have to tell the estate agent that a house has a double garage, he thought one half belonged to the house across the road which already had one garage - satellite pics are great for filling in the gaps the estate agents miss!!)

Ok Folks, we have now received all the meal desposits for those attending, so can we now have your food orders please?

I have to place the food orders this weeekend, so therefore, need your orders no later than Friday 1st December.

I know when the menu was originally posted the text was a little on the small side, so here it is again.

CHRISTMAS FAYRE DINNER - 9th December 2006


Starters

Home made Soup of the Day
with Herb Croutons

Chicken & Ham Terrine garnished with
Cranberry Sauce, Salad Leaves and Warm Toast

Oak Smoked Salmon wrapped in Prawns in a
Marie Rose Sauce with a Salad Dressing

Seasonal Pearls of Melon
topped with Fresh Fruit

Deep Fried Brie Wedges with a Salad
Garnish and Cumberland Sauce



Main Courses

Roasted Local Turkey served with
Traditional Trimmings

Grilled Sirloin of Steak Coated with a
Pepper Sauce

Roast Breast of Duckling in a
Grand Marnier Sauce

Pan Fried Halibut Steak topped with
Lemon and Herb butter
