20 years meeting : how do you prepare ??

Well just a few days until the meeting. How do you and your 480 are getting prepared ?

I already took thursday and friday of from work.

Tomorrow I'll be cleaning the insides and outsides, poliching the paint, tightning all the bolts , ...

Friday will be for changing oil filter, oil, spark plugs, fuel filter and filling up all reservoirs.

I'll be ready ( well, if I can find my german maps for Tomtom that is ...)

Anyone ele preparing in special way?

i think you have just about covered it there Bakke. I always check things like coolant, oil, screen wash, wheel nuts etc before I go on a long journey.

For some reason something seems to go wrong with my car or sat nave a day before the meeting, last time my sat nav broke down. Now I have a TomTom much more reliable than a PDA

Put petrol in, oh yes I did get the slow leak in a tyre sorted, windscreen washer fluid, oil level, fill back of car with bits (some new hoping not to need like clutch cable) that I hope to pass on to people in need. (headlamp units, early mirrors, door cards.

Got a big fire in the engine bay yesterday.
I have to drop out of the meeting unfortunately.
will not be able tofix all damage before tomorrow.

Everyone should have at least two 480...
