installing new side indicators

The Volvo 480 looks good as is, but if you have the desire to give it a more personal look you can find out what others did to their 480 and be inspired.

They look good. I had problems fitting them to my ES as it is pre 93, just had to modify it a bit with a stanley knife

Hi all

cheers big-bro i did have afew probs fitting them as one had a washer on a stalk behind that had to come off and both screws went back fine but the other side isnt quite flush (shows more of the top of the clear clusters)only by around 1.5inches or less
:D

and one screw doesnt tighten anymore but the long one does and all seems fine except i also had to remove the clip so the stalk would go through far enough.

looks ok but no doubt il fiddle again and it will go in further(i hope)
great cars for tinkering. :hopping:

Very nice, they transform the look of the front of the car!

You need a nice front spoiler from lee now just to finish it off!

I had to bend the brackets at the back out the way on mine but that because ive put side running lights in mine!

Hi all

carfanatic i boxed up my old orange ones for emergencys and i think they look as good as clear ones when on the car and it took awhile to be happy with the clears on but im happy with them now(nothing to do with condition just appearance  :D

it takes some getting used to as im an old fashion`d git:)

my orange ones have little if not any cracks or fading and the seals are 100% so off they went in the cuboard:)

Lee's the man for a front spoiler, drop him a PM

Clear clusters, you want the 94/95 ones, about 40 quid a side from volvo, or you can also get em from eurocarparts

Hi all

lee`s spoilers,r they good and would it give more meaness?:)

i had a nice chrome exhust end the other day (ebay purchase)and it were on 2days and some fuck mook stole it off the car in woking :kill:  carpark,my fault really maybe i should have de-threaded the screws DOH!!

looked nice too

tried washer jet leds which ended in a cloud of smoke and one dead led DOH!!!!(il try again oneday but since you cannot see the leds cause of the bonnet lip at the top but the chrome looks great and its nice to have 4 jets and not just 2:):)

my neon inside is now onc 1.5amp and much happier and brighter quicker:)

seen more 480`s one in guildford which waved back, the one in alton is gone(rusty arches bad!!!)and found a black es in bordon round the corner from me plus my gf has seen a great condition 480 S in bordon and a white maybe turbo:)
