THEISS BODYKIT FOR SALE
This is a rare oppurtunity to own one of the few kits made for the 480.
The cost will be £600 for the kit which will include front bumper, rear bumper, and sideskirts.
For this price though there is a catch. The catch is simple. I need minium of 5 orders
Is anyone willing to pay this or am i pissing in the wind[/b]
Here are some pictures of what the kit looks like

Naughty but nice....
They do look great Lee and if anything like the spoiler I had off you great quality, but I'd couldn't justify spending getting on what the car cost for a bodykit!
I'm really hopeing you get 4 others to say yes though so I can check them out at the next meet!
Good luck!
Stu.

The hausser kit would be even more than this. (If i had the whole kit I would sell this as a group buy of 5 for approximately £900 each which is cost price. This is not taking in to account any fees for the kit or fees for borrowing the kit).I would love a bodykit but i think you all know which one i prefer...
The price is so high due to the number being made. If there is more than 5 people wanting it then it will come down in price.
The hausser copies were offered on here for a lot of money and no one wanted one. I would consider £600 quite reasonable, ok its not cheap but a set of Hausser bumpers sold on ebay a few months ago for 900 euros!!!! No spoiler or skirts.
If people just want the skirts or just the front/rear bumper then they would be £200 per part.
The reason for the group buy is because i cannot afford to fork out the moulding costs by myself. For the spoilers i bought the mould first then everyone gets just a copy at cost price e.g no mould cost added.
I must however stress that this is a one off. If people don't want it i will not be bothered as it saves me running round saving my optimax and my seats getting dirty. The offer may or may not come along again

This is very cheap, if i had the money i'd have one. Think more what a 480 is worth to you than what you paid for it. I was thinking along these lines when i bought a £130quid cam for my fiat panda.

The cost of £600 would not have to be paid in one go. I would require a 50% deposit (non-refundable) which shows that you mean business. Then the other 50% on delivery
Postage on this kit would be my/your fuel as that would be cheaper than postage depending where about in the country you are
Well i will let it run for a bit to see what happens

Not really. How often do you see another 480 these days? 5 480's with a kit would still make them as rare as rocking horse poo. With all these group buys and remoulding though, you're going to have to be careful folks. If everyone gets all this kit fitted then Joe Bloggs with his bog standard S is going to be uniqure compared to these kitted up 480s!

I would only want the 50% if we get enough people together to do the deal. Then and only then would i ask for any money. The non refundable is only once 5 people or more have committed to the kit. This is because it would be unfair on the other people in the group buy if one was to suddenly decide to pull out and therefore screwing up the group buy. People me included are not willing to throw a huge amount of money like that down the tube.
I hope that has cleared up the problem of the deposit.
Once again i must stress that no money will be excepted until the group buy goes ahead.

A little bit OT but the 480 in the pic was bought by member doug-480-turbo. I pm'd him a couple of weeks back to find out what happened to it but he said he didn't actually go through with the ebay purchase. Aparently it stayed in Wales. Wonder where it is now...lee wrote: Here are some pictures of the kit for those that don't know what the kit looks like
