The Volvo 480 looks good as is, but if you have the desire to give it a more personal look you can find out what others did to their 480 and be inspired.

wouldn't that hinging be for a Lambo-style door?
if so, yould need to have the door opening slightly first to unhook from the door lock.

unless you altered the lock, and door to latch up/down instead of left/right ;)

as i saw custom lambo they all open normaly at first, than they lift. they also have to pass by the top of the A pillar. i see a problem with that coz at 480 there's alot of the door trim on the way.. they will have to be more open.

Ahh but also the shape of the door would not alow it to open. It would jam on the bottom corner.

Ask DBS as he should already have Gaz's lambo door done. Its only been about 3 months since the kit arrived

I have just seen one of the garages where i work do the lambo door conversion, body kit and do a full candy apple respray in just under 15 days. On a honda prelude

Speaking to the right man like i did yesterday. Lambo doors on his transit van says yeah mate 60 quid will sort it out for you. Won't take long.

Also i had certain car in my possession which i got through the mot and sorted bits and bobs on. This car has been up to scotland and is now in daily use.
