Re: Mud flaps
Like most things for the 480 genuine mudflaps are unobtainable unless you happen to chance on someone breaking a car with them fitted. Often removing them causes the metal strips on them (which will already be well rusted) to crumble away as well...
440/460 mudflaps were different - that said, I remember managing to adapt a set to fit a previous 480 I had many years ago. As far as I recall the main thing was having to drill fitting holes in slightly different places.
Good luck!

Re: Mud flaps
I fitted 440/460 to front of 480 and they fitted OK, but an extra hole drilled through bottom edge of inner wing was required.dcwalker wrote: ↑Sat Aug 03, 2019 12:37 pmLike most things for the 480 genuine mudflaps are unobtainable unless you happen to chance on someone breaking a car with them fitted. Re: Mud flaps
To be honest, if you need to replace the shocks and springs, don't bother with them. I've just changed mine (exactly the same set up as Jifflemons)They just hit the floor every two minutes anyway. I'll be taking mine off tomorrow as they're just annoying now, I need to hold on to them for now but might be able to let them go over the winter.
