Volvo 480 Club Europe

Hi folks,

Did a buy on eBay a few days ago, a set of factory pinstriped for a 480, don't know if I want to use the, but they were £10!!

However I have no idea where they're meant to run! Has anyone got any ideas? They're black and grey and have a shaped front section about 3" long, a long reel of the two lines and then another section presumable for the rear where the lines kind of cross over also around 3" long!

Any ideas??

My car had pinstripes on from the factory - they were replaced by the previous owner with non-Volvo ones due to age-related tattyness, but he followed the pattern so they should be pretty authentic. I initially planned to remove them as I didn't like the look, but ended up keeping them as I haven't seen many (or even any) other cars with them.

I won't have the car till the end of the week due to being at work, but I can take a few photos then if you'd like?

My plan had been to put the car away under its cover for winter after taking these, but I fear it's a bit damp for that. Hopefully soon, though. Also makes me realize that my ancient phone isn't up to much in the camera department!

i will have to dig them out for a photo that i promised to post up a few weeks ago...

however i will say that those look great on yours!
