Aftermarket steering wheel

The Volvo 480 looks good as is, but if you have the desire to give it a more personal look you can find out what others did to their 480 and be inspired.

Hi folks,

All you have to to take your steering wheel is pop off the horn on the front. It might be a good idea to take the fuse out for the horn if you like peace. Behind the horn is two spade plugs connected to it. Disconnect these and place the horn to one side. You will see the nut that holds the wheel on. I cant remember the size off of the top of my head. 17mm/19mm. Undo this and the steering wheel will pull off.
Concerning the kit it should just go over where you took the wheel off and bolt on. I cant promise though but those kits are pretty universal..

Cool! Cheers!

Just incase the 480 had different spline patterns in air bag and non air bag models, wouldn't surprise me with a 480 hahaha
