The Volvo 480 looks good as is, but if you have the desire to give it a more personal look you can find out what others did to their 480 and be inspired.

Hi!
I would change the lightcolure on the dahsboard. Can I just change to blue LED lamp and then be happy?

if you mean the LED alarm light then yes as it is only a standard 5mm LED

No, ( I have made a fake alarm lamp, on the right place) I mean behinde the rpm, fuel level and so.

You must change speedometer and RPM and other plate, because they are green. If you install blue LEDs it will fails, and will no result.
