The Volvo 480 looks good as is, but if you have the desire to give it a more personal look you can find out what others did to their 480 and be inspired.

smooth out the door handles bakke and get a remot door opener system.....love cars with no door handles!
and i think the shape of the 480 would 'handle' it well

Neih, I like the door handels to much and it isn't allowed here in Belgium to remove them. It's my daily car so need to keep it practical too and I'm not planning to put any more work into it than necessary ... want to start on the winterplans on Goldielocks

Well that is because I have to drive and risk Goldlocks everyday in the traffic which is horrofieing. Even proofed it today when I got stuck on a speedbump and damaged the front bumper. Smached it to the asfald and popped it out of his hinges damaging my cristal sidemarkers :(

He's good! Amazing work there. At the start of this thread, I thought it was just going to be a quick re-condition of a spare car. Wish I had the skills / patience / facilities for some work like that.

Hey lee, no longer mad at me ? (I'm still apologising)

This weekend I've started to rebuild it. Doors are in its place, frontwings, hood, windows, trunkwindow, ... etc so its getting nicely.
Still have to find the time somwhere this week to respray a little spot on the rear bump and to spray the small parts like mirrors, tankdoor(?), and the little thingies above the rear windows ...

Pics will be on soon ...

Sprayed the last pieces in ground paint. Hopefully they'll be soon dry to get them into color...

And it has been a long time since I've posted a spypic so here goes : the progress of the works. The car is covered in dust, but µi'm trying to give the vernis the time to dry out. This weekend it all will be polished :hopping:

We bought a hausser kit together, and I damaged his part a little while getting it out of the mould. Cut init with the disk to release the mould, and hadn't got the time to fix it because it had to leave to the UK urgent ...
