Work from DBS on display at Volvo Classics Fair in Holland!

The Volvo 480 looks good as is, but if you have the desire to give it a more personal look you can find out what others did to their 480 and be inspired.

Work from DBS on display at Volvo Classics Fair in Holland!

Post by coyote1980 » Mon Sep 05, 2005 7:57 pm

Last Sunday was a nice day, I went to the Volvo Classics Fair in Utrecht (NL) which was organised by the Dutch V44-club (PV444+544), in cooperation with other Dutch Volvo clubs. A great opportunity to catch up with fellow Volvo-freaks and also a nice opportunity to see some stuff you'd normally never see, like a Volvo 300-series estate (single prototype, on display just once), A stretched Volvo 760 (16 cm stretched) owned by the former East-German Politburo, lots of other interesting models, and of course a beautiful 480!

I think it looks stunning, you will find the car here: link to bodykits-gallery and then scroll all the way down ;)

EWWW!!! Rear is nice, but the front looks awful, and the scoop in blue...looks like someone else left it there.

I don't like the front spoiler, but the rest is cool.

reckon the front would look good on a paris blue car, but with black spoiler...or at least i think so

I have to confess-the 480 looks good as it is, no need for bodykits IMO. The Volvo factory one is the nicest, with the Hausser a good second...

But i must say, i really like that 480. The boonet scoop thingy would look better if it was Silver. It would probably look better if the wheels were a bit more prominent. They kinda disappear in the rest of the car's bodywork.

Not a bad looking one though.

hmmm.........the rear spoiler looks stuck on, the lines in the paintwork don't reflect the body lines in any way and don't relate to the overall shape of the car, so for me it doesn't work visually.
me no likey.
