Lambo doors

The Volvo 480 looks good as is, but if you have the desire to give it a more personal look you can find out what others did to their 480 and be inspired.

No they do wave in the wind, a small amount of this comes from a tiny amount of play in the kit bearing (which obviously turns into a bigger "wave" at the other end, but most of the waving in the wind comes from the fact that the 480 doors are double skinned, EXCEPT at the point where the hinges join on, where they are single skinned, so the metal skin itself is flexing slightly. We have done everything we can to eradicate this (even put a bracing plate on a test door) and now it moves a lot less, but they still wave in the wind a little.

Having said that, we have the wholly finished side waving in the breeze for several hours and nothing untoward happened. I'd just be a little wary about opening them in a gale without finding a sheltered place...

Those doors wont drop for toffee, the struts and shockers hold it up well to that end Dragon are you getting handles placed at the bottom of the door?
