Exhaust manifold flange

Does anyone know where/if it's possible to get exhaust manifold flanges to make a tubular manifold?

Assuming that the cylinder heads are the same? then a two litre one could be 'sacrificed' as it is already a flat palte with tubes welded on?
or you could get one water jetted.
I have a spare manifold (two litre) must be a way to get the shape onto a dwg / dwf type file?
or I could attempt it in 'OnShape', although that will probably nae happen . . . . . .
