Anyone knows how to raise the revlimit?

To be precise: The fuel ECU stops activating the injectors at about 6000 rpm and the ignition/turbo ECU is unable to produce the necessary sparks due to a fixed dwell of 4mS.
Seen the mass of the pistons it's not a good idea to change. Moreover, shifting gears around 5000 rpm will give maximum output. And 6000 rpm in 5th gear is much too fast for the car.

I defenetly agree with that the mass of the pistons is way too high for rpm. But im considering an other engine (clio 16v with turbo pistons) with an adapted std wiring harness. And i would need around 7500 rpm.
