My babys back!!
Got my ES back today <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /happy.gif ALT=":D"> ... been at a "garage" having its MOT sorted.. so now after the nasty crash that left me ES'less ive now got my baby back .. fresh with clear front clusters and new rad.. not to mention the rest of the front end.. now all thats left is to get something done about the seriously chipped wheels and a full respray <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/pimp.gif ALT=":hat"> ... hmm rite n e way if anyone knows any sort of way i can fix my chipped alloys.. cos ive heard that respraying them silver again would look pants. ive considerd spraying them white.. but i think it might end up lookin a bit to much like a radio controlled car if there white and the bodys black! :-/ ideas please .. cheers lads

reworked wheels
Masterfett, I know that specialized company's exist that can make your old or damaged (and maybe even broken wheels, not sure about that)as new.
Just search for those company's.

In the Netherlands we say : who searches will find. It got me a hausser rear spoiler...............<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... smokin.gif ALT=":smokin">

reworked wheels
I reckon painting them can look good, so long as you take your time over them.
Look around for a nice paint, not a chrome or a halfords wheel paint cos the chrome looks shit and never dries and halfords ones are too dull. You can always grind the rim back a bit, depends how badly chipped they are.

pol

thats the thing...
thats the thing u see.. cos the car will be sprayed black (eventually) and i have at the moment quite badly chipped silver multispoke alloys... the prob is what colour goes well!! i mean white would look ok if something else on the bodywork was white but there isnt anything that could be white and wouldnt look a bodge so what colours are there that would suit it really...ive considerd gold.. but at the risk of looking like an impreza wanna be ive kinda written off that idea... hmmm decisions decisions!
