upgrading my turbo t20 ->

Hi all!!

Here´s an old and used question. Upgrade from stock turbo T20 to the T25, whitch one will fitt the best. I understan there vill be modding, but witch one will i buy?
I searching for a used one.. understand Saab some modell and maby from Nissan sx..
Searched the arcive but no straight answer.. So i hope for it now once and for all.. :)
