fuel feed & fuel pressure regulator question

Post by r5b18ft » Sat Apr 17, 2010 7:53 pm

This question might sound stupid .. but I am getting very confused with the abnormal running of my car.

So . . on which side of the fuel rail is the 'intake' of petrol feed ?

is it the regulator side ?

or the injectors plug side ?

How does a fuel pressure regulator work ? does it feed a constant fuel pressure or does it hold a constant fuel pressure between fuel pump and itself ?

Fuel feed comes from the right side of the car (from the right fender-injectors plug)
