mbv fitted is this right

Post by cliffeydawlish » Sat Jun 13, 2009 6:52 pm

right i bouth a 2 piece mbc

one bit a 3 nozzled bit and the outher is the actuall controller with 2 nozzles

i put the 3 pice bit between the red and black pipe with the actuater arrow facing to the black and the outher nozzle goes to the controller

then the outher nozzle on the controller goes to spare capped off nipple on the volvo intercooled bit inlet is it

now i have noticed a huge diffrence in 1st i will accelarate and it will spin and boost like fook

but when i go into 2nd it boost but nowhere near as amazing as in 1st same with the rest of the gear

however if i drive it normally in second the boot it i get the same response in 2nd as i did in 1st is this right

and if it helps it just touches the red on the volvo boost gauge

i hope i aint done out stupid the mbv is working i turn it up car get faster but im a little bit unsure on the lack of consistancy in the boost

any help would be ideal many thanks chris
