2.0 to a 1.7 turbo

hi there people, i have bought my self a nice 1996 Celebration 480. And i also have a 1.7 turbo engine and wiring loom.

what would i need to change to change the lump from a 2.0 to a 1.7 turbo.

unless you are putting in a richmod then its pretty pointless.

Johnturbo changed a 2l to a 1.7 turbo i think do a search he did a really good write up Chrisroll did one as well.

thanks for elaborating Richmann1, if you have all the bits, the tools and the time... and the interest,,, well why not, a Celeb with a turbo and a Richmod would be interesting to say the least

already been done mate. You need a certain loom if you intend on coverting a celeb to turbo. good luck
