Alright dude,
You gots to send your ECU away to be tinkered with...
Check out this thread http://volvo480.dragons.org.uk/forum/vi ... hp?t=16209
Dont know if they are still doing them now, but its a chap called Rich who does them.
Mines got a richmod and goes like someone stuck a rocket up my bottom.

Rich is the gut to talk to regarding the super mod, the one i can get done for you is the "standard" mod. rich remaps the ecu with a new map he has developed over many days of dyno testing!
I will talk to rich when i see him next and find out what is needed for the super mod and see what i can do (if i can do anything, as i belive he needs the "actual" car there to map to it's own caractoristics and not a general map)!

okie. got my map sensor and injectors ordered. has any body tryed this mod where you remove the 206 and 207 ohm resistors from the ecu and wire a potentiometer in and wind up the resistance to increase boost?is this the same as the rich mod?if not will it work with the rich mod?sounds pretty good.its possable to have a switch between the different resistors so you can run standard or increased boost.
