Pinouts of the 1.7 turbo Throttle body TPS:

1 5v
2 Shield/GND
3 Signal
4 Idle Switch <= link to MS IAT signal graber ? Does that solve the problem or is smth temporary until you get a proper temp sensor for the intake ?
5 No connection
6 Idle switch GND

Ome more thing :
Pin 27 - IAC Stepper and Pin 30 - FIdle are not conected.
Did someone use the Idle Valve ? Where to conect the 2 pins (1 and 3) ?
P.S. Pin 2 @ Idle Valve is +12V

I got rid of the idle valve, if you want to use it read the megasquirt manual. There are guides there.

I'm stuck,i have no spark !!!
I've tried gixfighter's msq and no result...I've wired the 36 pin to the 1 (or -) on the coil,and the 15 (or +) is a ignition 12V
After more research i've found that the megamanual give's me some other settings fot direct coil control !?

After deeper search I've noticed i have the R57 installed on my board :

Megamanual says i should remove it if going for single coil control,gix,what did you do with it ?

Sorry for the late reply guys, was kind of busy with other things but on this beautifull sunday morning going to work on my project again!

Remove the R57 resistor quickly! This is causing problems with the vb921, like the manual says in step 65

Will give some update shortly!

After some time on the shelf I've put the MS back on the car,removed the R57,changed the VB921 ti the better BIP323 managed to start the car but i am stuck on something stupid : TPS Signal got no feedback ! MS states is fully open (112%) and i read 4.6V on the wire.Moving the Throttle does nutting to the voltage !
I have another TPS and the symptomless are the same,so i take a faulty sensor out of the equation.
TPS VREQ is charged constantly with 4.6V when i turn the ignition,ground is good at the sensor,but signal is always full as the throttle is full open !

You need to calibrate the TPS, check in Megatune for that option. Check you have ground, and 5v on the connector at the TPS. As for the signal, then it should be just the wire to pin 22 of the Megasquirt (for the V3 PCB anyway).

Installation is easy,I've used the original loom to wire the MS to the engine.And u do not need to cut it off,so you can use it with the original ecu in case MS fails !

If u buy the MS from DIYAutotune make sure you buy the already made wiring,do not bother to make it yourself !

GixFighter can u post a datalog with idle after warm up enrichment and if u can also with a acceleration under load (on the street)
I can't bring my idle down from 1300rpm and is becoming really annoying as i can't figure out what's wrong !

Finlay car is running full boost on MS2 Extra ! :hopping:
1 Bar @ 11.5/12 AFR,stock injector Duty almost 100% so that's it for now on the stock engine configuration !

The standard fuelinjectors are really maxed out at 1 bar of boost.

This is a third gear pull monitoring the dc of my standard injectors using eManage Ultimate.

At the moment, I`m matching 470ccm injectors, but my Zeitronix afm seems to be damaged, so I have to replace it first.
