Search the forum for megasquirt. Lots of stuff in 2004. Car never drove on it, but did run...( i think!) This was dragon's turbo.

I don't remember it ever being a great success. I think there was a lot of work and re-wiring done. Have a look on dragons site (he hosts this forum. Delete all the /forum/... stuff from the url).

Dragon was working on it with the help of DBS who no longer uses this forum.

MS is ok for a basic rough setup. for a proper setup use something better. I prefered choice would be emerald.

MS is ok and can be quite well setup. But by the time you have gone through the whole setting up with the cost of petrol plus your time and possibly time of others , rolling road etc you are dam near the cost of the emerald which i have seen experienced. All the tuning is done at emerald workshop by the guy who designed the ecu. he is the man. Infact he is know in the trade as mr ecu. He writes for magazines and even for haynes. So he knows his stuff.

Mine just started up on megasquirt running spark and fuel, but it was pretty rough. I think I found I had it set up for wasted spark configuration, so it was only firing on 2 cylinders. Had to go back to standard ECUs as I need the car pretty much everyday. Might give it another go tomorrow.

I used two old ECUs just for their boxes, and fitted the Megasquirt in the LH2.2 ECU. It fits very well.
