than god I only drive 15min to work. And the max I can drive in here is 3h straigth :P So I can cope with the lowered 480. I also have custom made exhaust that hangs low. No problems with speed pumps.

I have a volvo genuine kit for sale.

Lowers a tiny bit, and has stiffer shocks. Not as harsh for a daily driver as aftermarket stuff.

Was fitted to my car 5 years ago, new at the time, so is still in resonable condition. Rear damper metal cover tubes have gone rusty, because of salt and not being properly painted, but the dampers work fine.

Includes the panhard rod, 2 struts complete, 2 rear springs and bump stops and, 2 rear springs.

I was thinking that it wasnt worth lowering my 480 but i guess you have to see what environment the car goes through. My 480 goes 20 miles a day to work and back (on a smooth A road) and vary rarely sees a speed bump so it may be worth it if your 480 lives a life like mine?

Yes what would you like me to measure exactly. Wire thickness of the springs?

In here roads are so rough that I get a lot of heavy smacks to the suspention, the cars bottom almost touches the road with out speedpumps and so on. Gona make a vid, so you can see it.
