Is it possble to fit the laguna 16v head to a b20f engine? Does anyone know what else it involves or has anyone dones this already and is the extra power worth it?

I know someone on here has done a 16v Renault transplant into a 440. he tried to just swap heads first, but the water and oilways didn't match up iirc.

swap the renault engine complete and run a mega squirt seems the way to go if you need the other 8 valves ;)

you would probably get away with usin the 480 fuel system - just bolt on the 480 flywheel for correct crank sensor trigger partern

there is a bloke in germany running a reno 2.2 bottom end with the 480 turbo head and turbo and the standard 480 ecu's

Easiest option ins to swap the whole lot lock stock.
