T25

Post by V480TI » Fri Jul 20, 2007 9:28 pm

Will all T25's from Saab fit ??

You have 3 variants, 2 with cat and one without and all differ in bhp.

So I guess A T25 from a Saab 900 turbo 16v with cat will fit ?!?

Thanks and greetz

On the compressor side, the outlet is the same as standard...the inlet is 10mm bigger @ 60mm ID.

I touht of adding it here, cos it is a T25 in some part :D
so T25G ftom nissan CA20DET ( I think that was it) vs a T2 form B18FT
I just got my dad to make the needed flanges to it. DIG welded the intake side and MIG'ed the exhaust. T25G is AR .80 intake AR .64 hot side. Soon gona find out the boost rpm on that one. Waiting for ordered gasgets.

it´s the one i use, there is some adapting, of the compressor side, and i can see that you have solved the turbine side :) but runs really good. I will recomend a port of head and inlet manifolds.

Hi Check for oil/water in and out on the 940 turbo before you buy.

no you nact use 940 T25 as it has T3 flange. I think all B230 engine turbos have T3 type clanges. You'd have to change the hot side casing (have 2 of these in here)

could the t3 flange not be modified with pipe work ? or would it need to be a complete hot side change ???
Im thinking about a turbo engine for mine but with a much bigger turbo summat like a t3 ( if i have room under the hood to fit it )

thanks

I want also put a T3 on my engine and i thougt that maybe i can make a custom downpipe with a T3 flange, anyone knows if that's pricey?

If you look closer @ my pics you see that I have the DP side T3 flange made. The one that goes to the manifold can be made, but the fit will be tight.
