Thanks :)

They will be painted white, and the black sidestripes will found their way on to the bumpers and skirts as they were ment to originally. And that sill plate with Volvo logo will be black as well as those dots - that seem to be braille (is that the correct word?)

I think Qwert looked them up and they spell "Volvo" also?

Wouldn't be adding rust there... Though it seems popular in rat looker cars :lol:

And the mudflaps are gone forever I'm afraid, the original ones don't fit the new skirts.

However the thing missing is black. :]

Gah. too easy it seems :) Yes it is the black stripe. However it not just the door trim, it is also the bumpers and the sideskirts that have the stripe.

Yep, I'll see what it looks like. It is vinyl tape so I can take it off if it looks daft.

Thanks guys :)

I thought I'd ask your opinion with the stripe matter. Before I go over the top with it... :)

I have few options here - I can go all original with a single stripe where it should be;

#1
Image

As you can see on the pic above there are couple more places to add stripes;

#2
Image

OR

#3
Image

I could ditch out the original place completely and leave it white;

#4
Image

Or the threestripe, which I think is a tad ott;

#5

What do you guys think?

In my opinion the favorite is on the first photo. Eventually on third...

The rest looks poor and crappy ;)
