standard boost

boost control solenoid is playing up at the moment, if i block the white pipe , and connect the other two from the turbo to the actuator together will i get the standard boost pressure? thanks

If you did...why would there be a solenoid there at all?

You need either another solenoid or an mbc...(manual boost controller)

You will get limp mode wich is kindoff like standard only slower.
