LOL

Well I do it like this:

1) Open _my_ bonnet and locate MBC
2) note colours of hoses into which section of MBC
3) open _your_ bonnet and find same hoses on original equipment
4) remove hoses from original and plonk on mbc
5) tie wrap the device to somewhere suitable )I put fnords on the air hose)

:)

OK, so that's not too helpful - if my camera still has charge, I'll take some pics for you tomorrow in the light...

haha , i think you were supposed to contact me so i could tell you in private .

the outlet pipe(the one with the hole in it) goes to the actuator (red pipe) .

the inlet pipe opposite the adjuster screw comes from the compressor housing (black pipe) . Now if you havent adjusted the the adjuster screw its set at its lowest , so you should fit it , then try turning it slowly until you get the desired boost level . Never floor it just use progressive throttle action while you watch the gauge , never let it it go past the red , just set it at the end of the yellow section .

The clear pipe that is used to bleed air back into the intake should be capped off with a bolt and jubilee clip so that air cannot be sucked in past the Air Mass Meter .

I envisage something like this:

"shiiiiiit - that thing's sensitive - I turned it a fraction and it went from no boost to waaay off the red within milliseconds of spool up"

:rollin:

About 10 tests later I'm running well and FAST! Shit I never knew my 480 would move like that :hopping:

I went from no boost to max boost with wheels spinning while driving  I think I have it OK for now!

I have to say it is the single best mod you can fit to a 480 turbo for under 50 quid - in fact it's the best mod to fit until you're prepared to start adding $lotsamoney mods :P - it's a great device. Shame I can't use mine :( And in the next few weeks it'll be coming off oh well...

Yeah, MS will control my boost next. My oil always did run at between 95 and 100, especially after more than 40 mins driving, like a motorway trip or sometrhing...
