480's in manchester.

I was delivering to a taxi sales/repairs company today in manchester. Parked under the canopy was a very nice 480 with an owners club sticker on it. Anyone from here? If so, I'm severely jealous

Just hope mine finishes looking half as good as that one.

I'll be there in the morning delivering your parts in the Salvesen wagon. I'm covering for someone who's off(assuming I'm not transfered onto something different again). I'm easy to spot, fat'ish *ugger with glasses

Funnily enough when I arrived this morning at my usual time of 7.15am

there was no Salvesen wagon and I thought I was late. Its usually some other fatish 'ugger delivering the parts

. Yep I was late, sent out on a run, 6 drops around Manchester, and not the foggiest where to go, I turned up at 7.45am. Friendly, takative lot aren't they

at the garage, didn't even get offered a coffee

At that time of the morning most of them are nursing hangovers, but I have to say they don't get any more sociable as the day goes on. There's a coffee machine in the pool room (first on the left through the customer entrance). Best machine coffee you've ever tasted and only 10p. Even we think its worth a walk across the car park
