A358 Heading towards Taunton

When you spot a 480 and wonder if it's someone from the forum: ask it here! One rule: do NOT post registration plates.

A358 Heading towards Taunton

Post by Edmundpwb2 » Mon Dec 06, 2021 9:01 am

I spotted an L reg green Volvo 480 on sunday. It was strange as I also have a Green L reg. Couldn't tell which particular type as only saw it at last minute. Looked a nice example though!

I thought this might have been Joe S, but his green turbo is currently on an H plate.

No, it wasn’t me. The car is used daily but only in the Reading area. Having said that, it did go on a three day holiday last week to Milton Keynes when my wife used it to visit her cousin.

Ooooo I wonder if that solves a different mystery.

Someone on fakebook claimed to have seen one in MK and it wasn't any of mine!

You mean there might possibly be 480s in MK that aren't yours?

A rather late reply to this thread, I know. Was looking to see if my 480 had appeared in discussion before!
But I believe it was me that you saw on that Sunday as I was headed home via Taunton to North Devon after seeing friends in Portsmouth over that weekend. I was in my vase green '94 ES, L103 WCV.
