Volvo 480 Club Europe

‘SNAZZY’ and a green GT (which I assume was Al) in convoy just off the A11 on Saturday morning.

Sadly, I wasn’t in the 480 which is bloody typical!

I should mention that I live 2.5 hours away from the spotted location and was only up in Norfolk for the weekend. Good coincidence!

Spotted the same mini-convoy yesterday ...although it was parked outside our house so perhaps that doesn't really count

Good seeing you yesterday Sylvia & Al - and knowing that for just a few hours, our little corner of the village - indeed, the world - had probably the highest concentration level of 480s anywhere (4 within a few square yards)!

And did we think to take any group photos? Bother...I knew there was something...

Back from Elvington late last night. Pity we didn't spot you in your two tone, Oli, didn't recognise the disguise

Maybe I should be having a coughing fit - snazzy under the carport, sven in the garage, Junk in the orchard, Eva hiding in the carcoon and a queue of 3 rescues
Thort your front drive was down to 2 now Jeff, but dont worry, R6 will be in the gap tomorrow so you needn't feel too deprived !!

actually, yes you're right Sylvia - even with Snazzy & Sven at ours, your home still had 5!

Jeff - not even close my friend - 3 on your driveway is just not enough! And no, the last mortal remains of 312 in your back garden don't count!!

Ahem.......

I know about that - I was there and contributing, and I totally accept that for much of the time there is nowhere with a higher 480 concentration than chez-Jeff

But re-read my first post: I was expressly referring to the few hours between around 4 and 10 on Saturday 26th June 2021

(cars one piece that is - the ones in various state of dismantling don't count!)
