Flashed by a passing dark grey 480 heading towards Bicester just off Baynards Green in my newly acquired red Celeb.

Think you were spotted by one of the Facebook group members. Seem to recall a recent post about a red wedge in your area.

I'd be all over the shop if I saw another 480 now. Flash, wobble, pop-up, wobble, frantic wave, eyes on all mirrors as it passes!

Not seen another since the early 2000s.

Ha! No worries Monkeysox, I figured you saw me too late, I doubt there are any 480 owners out there left who wouldn't react to seeing another wedge on the road. Funny though because I literally just said this afternoon that I always hoped to be spotted but never do! Today was a lucky day for us both! I mean what are the chances???

I really was a bit stunned, I've only had mine a couple of months, don't remember seeing another one since early 90's then I get two on the same piece of road one of which I'm driving, what the macaroni cheese is going on?!

:D reminds me of the time I took out my 480 after it being off the road all winter. I'm waiting to pull out on to the A41 and what comes along??? A red 480 - we drove together waving and passengers taking pics all the way to town. It's bonkers!
