£3k is VERY strong money, especially given

1. It's an ES
2. It's an Auto
3. It's clearly in need of a service - Rusty oil filter!

For 3k, it should be as near to flawless as possible; If I was in a tyre kicking mood, I'd be starting from a more realistic £2k top condition price, then it'd be £250 off for each bumper, £125 for the motor, £200 for a full service and rust.... well, depends where, but you're probably looking at £500 to play safe
