Not sure if it's possible, but perhaps we can add the 'rough' coords into Google-Earth for all 480 Owners...we could then appoint an officinal Volvo 480 capital..the town/city with the largest collection of 480's!

For the admins:

Look at southwalesvolvos forum index page. In the menu at the top, you will see "Phoogle map". That takes you to a map with members locations. Members set their map position in their profiles, and it gets automatically added to this map. The map default start position and zoom level can be adjusted from the admin panel.

Just occurred to me whilst sorting out something for my boyfriend on his Escort forum...and he was showing me their map of members...Check out:

Hi,
Ive recently become the proud owner (if not p*ssed off) owner of a 1988 F Reg, Volvo 480es.
P*ssed off cause it's hard to get parts.
As expected of a 22yo car it requires work doing on it. Its due its mot next week, BIG GULP!!
Its a great wee car, that I thought Id never own because I never used to like them. But since owning it Im having great fun and get plenty of attention. I have never seen another one on the road since I got it, well not in the Stirling area anyway.

Hope to chat to anyone quite local and maybe meet for a coffee and chin wag about my moment of Ebay madness lol
