Yeh im not sure what to call this one, ive had:
Moggy the morris minor
Marie the Morris Marina
and Howard the other Morris Marina

I didnt name my Volvo s40... it didnt feel like it needed one, i didnt work hard enough on it

so i painted the Wing mirrors, because they were looking pretty knackered, did them in matt black:



Maybe I should have painted the rest of the assembly, because now it looks tatty...

And just to prove ive paid my tax...

Some more bombing of the sticker kind! This time on the door handle surrounds...

ive just changed the material and padding on the strip that clips in to the door card around the handle:



I used the material from an old jigsaw puzzle board... it was covered with suede and had padding similar to what was on there in the first place, I also found some leather dye, tested on an off cut, along with bleach and some shoe whitener, I thought the black would suit it better as I was black in the first place



This is what they turned out like:



Just need to get another bottle, I had a nearly full 50ml bottle and that did one of them with a little bit left over, so I'm off to get some more from a shoe shop!

That looks really good Dan! Let's face, rousch (spelling?) leather is bloody ugly!

yeh i agree Davey, it was all wrinkled. I think it needs another going over, but here what it looks like in:





Pressure washed the engine, those things are amazing and i have to buy one soon as i can





Only just noticed that the rear has the same leather as the front... i havent got any more material to cover them, guess i need to save up for some more and some dye too...

Stuck a side exhaust on the 480 yesterday evening




Its a bit low and a bit too straight i think pointing more towards the rear would look better, but fitted in time for a local car meet tonight
