480 turbo rad help

The Volvo you want to know something about isn't a 480, but you can't find the answer to your question anywhere... Well, what the heck, have a try here in this corner of Volvos friendliest community...

480 turbo rad help

Ok then I'm look at putting a 480 turbo rad in my suzuki 4x4 but what i need to now will it keep the engine cool enough being a 2.9 v6 or will it strugle to keep it cool when off roading. I have a custom made rad in it but they have made it to thick and the fins are to close so the mud blocks it up :angry:
better still dose any one know where i can have a custom made rad near oxford / swindon :D
