My mate from work gave this to me as he knows i have an interest in volvo's.
It's a clipping from a 1960's magazine advertising the 144.

Mum and Dad had a 144 S when they got married... I can just about remember it.
Twin carb pushrod engine I believe. went pretty well...
Thinking about looking for one...

Amazing that they just kept updating it and it eventually became the 240GLT that my dad had.
I'm halfway through a Volvo history book that Rohan lent me, its really pretty interesting :)
