Parking Heater/Webasto. How to instal?

Hello!
Since we some heavy winters around here, I'm thinking to install an original parking heater system, on my '96, 1.9td, 440.
I've found the 091D system with the "type 4" digital clock.

If you can help me, my questions are:
1. Where this system were originally located?
2. Do i really need the auxiliary water pump(electrical driven) ?
If yes. Can i fit this pump on my engine? Is it controlled by engine ECU (which i don't have) or just by a relay... or... ?
3. Is the parking heater related with the alarm? Do i really need to fit the alarm also?
4. For the remote control, do i need the one button remote or can use my black two button remote?

Some details about my car/fuel system, maybe those details matters:
a) no fuel pump in the tank;
b) no auxiliary water pump installed.
c) no alarm ( or maybe, i might have the horn alarm, which worked on open door)

Hello, glasgowjim

Thanks for the info but...
:)

To refine my questions, there are only 2 major issues:
1. Who is governing the water pump?
2. Where is the location to install the parking heater?
Under the front bumper there is very little space. On the left i have the intercooler and on the right is the servo pump and a oil cooling pipe.

Many thanks!
