 I thought you were being tight, then I saw you needed 5 bulbs, and that all becomes a compeltely different kettle of fish

Can you not take the bulb into Halfrauds and just identify one that way? Ask in a car parts shop otherwise, our one down the road, if you dont know what you are after, tell them, and they can look up part numbers and prices for you. On the other hand, if you are VERY lucky, you might find someone helpful/bright in Halfrauds who can do that for you on their computer!

*No offence to anyone working Halfrauds, its just all the kids I see in there are spotty teenage lads, dim as they come, and if it doesnt have RIPSPEED on it, they know nothing about it!!

Your exactly right thats why i've not been to halfords, At first i needed 3 but when i took one out to use as a example i put dash back together another one had gone so i thought i'll bite the bullet and do the whole lot not having much luck in the usual local car shops and suppliers i went to volvo and thats when i found out about the ridicul price, i replaced a couple in my 480 and they cost me about a pound each i just don't know where they get there prices from sometimes lol.....

Are they osram bulbs?

Chances are a local motor factors has the book and can match the bulb up. I did that for the info center bulb I think. (years ago)

My guess would be that they're these. I replaced the bulbs inside the radio on my Dad's V70 with them, and they were also the same as the bulbs used in the Air-con controls on my 480.

£1.09 each is a bit cheaper than Volvo, if they are!
