Volvo 480 Club Europe

Hi All,

Our other car a Fiat Bravo HGT has decided now it's winter that only your feet can get warm If the switch is moved to anything else it either doesn't want to move (turning it left) or clicks and doesn't stay in position (turning it right). It's almost if there is something blocking the cable behind it. I've not had as much mechanical experience with Fiats and wondered if anyone here had??

sound slike the flaps in the box coming off the matrix are either stuck on something, or maybe the cable/wire has jammed.....would be a case of stripping down till you find it i think....

OK I've found the problwm.... and it's my own stupid fault!!!! iPod adapter was tucked away and guess what it was getting in the way of?? Yep heater control. Moved it and now working fine.. if only the adapter was as easy to hide as it is in the 480
