My "new" (1994) 480ES needs an annual service soon. I'm not impressed with the cost or quality of main dealer servicing (well, I liked the Rudds operation in Colliers Wood but it's long closed).
Can anybody recommend a good garge for servicing?
I did try asking this question in another forum but someone suggested this was a better bet.
Can anyone recommend a good garage in South West LOndon

I use an independent but that is in Basingstoke, probably too far for you.
It is worth looking in yellow pages, at one stage I needed a mobile to come and do a job - clutch cable change - as it happened he could not do it in my timescale but gave me a few useful suggestions and I did it myself.

Hi Roger!
Have you not considered changing oil/filter/plugs/air filter and checking fluid levels yourself every 6000 miles?
I know this doesnt answer your question, but it saves you heaps in the long run,and you feel like you know your 480 far better too!
There is,though,Braydon Brothers in London.
Any servicing you'd like done Im happy to do at cost of fuel plus, say 40 quid if thats also of any good to you if you're really stuck.
Kindest Regards,
Steve.
