Collection edition - plate number

Hi all,
I've bought myself a second 480 - 95' 2.0 manual gearbox, Collection limited edition.
I did examine the VIN number with a decoder and all parameters match the actual car, but...
The Collection plate with a number is missing - does anyone now how can I acknowledge the plate number?
(6 last digits of the VIN are 592 780)
The plate looks like that: (photo from internet, in my Volvo there is no plate at all)
