I was watching the film Oslo on Sky Movies, when to my amazement an hour in there was an extended scene with not one but two white Volvo 480s, one of which being a Turbo.

After rewatching the scene I can see that both of them are Turbos!

I see it's a 2021 film, I wonder where they got them from - was it filmed here or abroad ? (haven't even got a tv, never mind sky!)

Maybe they are from Steven Spielberg’s personal car collection!
I have read that none of the movie was made in Oslo but mainly shot in Prague. The cars have Norwegian registration plates as one would expect for film.
I am sure that once the social media bunch set eyes on this it will become a cult film for Volvo 480!

In general there are car-agencies that rent out cars for movies. Also private owners may list their cars at an agency. Search for "car rental movie".

Those are not genuine Norwegian license-plates. All legal marks are missing and the letters
DG have not been issued.

Watched it yesterday. Not a bad film - amazing to see not 1 but 2 480s! From the credits it looks like Croatia and the Czech Republic were mainly used for the filming
