is there a typo error

bronze will not work because the shaft will be damaged, you need to look for aluminum steel, it is not one-piece, not split. I can’t find one here !! Maybe someone did this at home?

I guess you mean 'it should be one piece'?

I cannot say for 100% certain but usually the 'white' isn't aluminium, it's 'white metal'

the item is in the block , not the actual oil-pump?

is it work/damaged or are you just wanting to replace EVERYTHING whilst apart?

Yes, it is one-piece!
It is worn out and needs to be replaced.

Hello everybody!
Maybe someone will be useful, I found the part numbers (Bushing of the intermediate shaft of the oil pump, or what is also called the sliding bearing)

Volvo 3287725
Volvo 3287724

Hello to all!
I haven’t written for a long time, work, house, in general, everything is in business, I was engaged in the car a little, in general, the motor was assembled, it remains to put it in the car and fix all the attachments, I restored the torpedo, right now everything is as new and functions, in January when there will be a weekend I'll start to insert it into the car and try to start it, I hope to learn some more! Now I have a question, while I have time to deal with the wiring, I found 2 chips and I don't know where they are going, can you tell me ?! they are in poor condition, from old age they are already destroyed by slightly pressing on them! tell me where they are going, maybe someone remembers!

Those look like the wires for the CEM (central electronic module)

Located on the passenger side A-pillar, near the heater blower

yes CEM
driver side LHD

I think that this is not a CEM, since all the wires are plugged into the CEM, it turns out 3 chips and 1 large long chip!

I think this I would have noticed, everything is stuck everywhere, the wires are thick, it looks like power wires, and in CEM there are not such chips, they are different, they have fewer contacts!

Ah wait, they could be for the air conditioning loom then.

The wiring loom is prepared for options whether fitted or not.

what kind of loom? I have an air conditioner in the car, but I did not find a separate block in the diagrams, and these chips must be stuck somewhere in the block or in other chips that are not there, the wires go there are power, thick, not all well, most !! I am at a loss, I discovered today that I could not correctly stick the wires into the fuse panel, well, this does not apply to these chips.

HI!
I finally went through the engine! I have a question, does anyone have a thread for engine cooling? I found a current on the B18F motor, I want to install an electric pump, I bought the original one, I can’t figure out how to properly connect it to the circulation system so as not to harm it. I've been looking for 3 days and still haven't found a pattern.

I too had forgot which were inputs & outputs.

Here is the B18FT cooling circuit diagram with the auxiliary water pump (3)...

Jay-Kay-Em Thanks a lot!
you helped me a lot!

Do you happen to have a photo of where the pump is located exactly? They write that on the langeron, well, I think you can put it in another place!

Hi Spainal

That supplied coolant circuit diagram is also fairly accurate to where the pump is located.

Image

It's located under the ABS pump, on the chassis rail (or "longeron"). Please note, picture is a RHD car with later ABS & TRACS. To the right of my pointy finger, you can just see the circular hoop that the pump body fits within.

Does your Turbo not have one then? Why would it not have one?

I have a pipe version, there was no simple pump, I want to put it, I think it doesn’t make it worse, but only better for the turbine by cooling it.
I do not have ABS, well, I roughly understood where the pump is installed, thanks! If I don’t find a friend, where will I attach the thread, I have an original pump with connectors and a mount, where the thread will fit!

Hi all!
I wanted to ask what this nonsense is and what it is responsible for! I have a reservoir under the right wing closer to the door, there is a reservoir, a hose fits to it, at the bottom it’s like a nipple for connecting a hose or something else, well, I just have a self-tapping screw screwed in there (muffled) from it there is a rubber plug into the engine compartment, where it is connected for now I don’t know because I forgot, right now I put the motor into the engine compartment, I’m slowly collecting it. and another question, no one has a diagram where and how the vacuum system is connected? I'm stuck on connecting the hoses to which one.

That sounds like the accumulator for the vacuum to operate the push button ventilation controls. Do you have that type with grey push buttons?

Hey!
are you talking about the climate? if so, then I have a climate control with buttons. Doesn't the climate take vacuum together with the ignition controller?

Regarding the climate control with the push buttons, I am talking about a white thing which looks a bit like spheres stacked on top of each other.

However, I realise you may be talking about the fuel evaporation canister which is behind the bumper. I think it’s black.

Do you have a picture?

Yes, you're right about the sphere set against each other, I'm talking about it and say, what is it for? Right now I'm going to the Garage, I can make a video and a photo with questions
