Celebration register

As many of you will be aware, I have been compiling a register of Celebrations. Interestingly, this has been done on the forum twice before, but both times only collected the no of 480 from members. Because I was originally trying to place un-numbered ones, I've also collected chassis numbers where possible, along with registration nos in an attempt to avoid duplications. Apart from club members, I have regularly trawled the internet for Celebs sold and up for sale and spoken to some very helpful dealers along the way.
I'm pleased to say that of the 62 known registration numbers, 25 are cars with a current MoT (17 red, 4 grey and 4 white). Frustratingly, threads written by owners on here mostly have missing photobucket pics so I have lots more entries from the old registers with just the no. of 480.
We can forget the myth about un-numbered ones being extras added at the end of the run - 480 of 480 has a chassis number very close to that of the last 480 off the production line (thank you for the info on the final one Brinkie!) Apart from one or two anomalies, the chassis numbers run in sequence with the # of 480 and as there were no parrallel numberings of chassies, the last few weren't necessarily even for the UK market, never mind Celebrations.
My register has to remain confidential as it has regs and chassis nos, but I shall make sure I pass it on to someone willing to continue the updates at some point, just in case the virus gets me! (in which case I've told Al to take me to the boneyard in a 480........)
