Hello,
I know of someone on the FB page who is having problems resetting password after some time away. Is there anyone who can help? As far as I know he has tried to reset his password multiple times but isn't getting anywhere. Any active admin here who can help??

Thanks, I have already sent him a pm. Just have to wait now! Once in touch I'll let him know it doesn't seem to be an isolated problem.
