Hello.

My weather strips are poo, I seem to remember you can get strips from an other Volvo and cut to size. Can anyone please confirm which car this is? I think it might be the S40??

old style S40 was the claim and you can cut down to size if my memory serves me right.

In 2011 I bought a couple for my 480. They were 30801209 / 537985 and 30801208 / 537929 Sealing strips at £20.40 each (£17+vat)
They have metal inserts so might need a decent small hacksaw and careful measurement. I used some clear silicon sealant to fix in place.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but they are not available any more. Pity as my weather strips are a little crusty.

That's a bit rubbish - I thought it was 15 years after the car was last made as a minimum, like Volkswagen-Audi still do.
Maybe its 10 or 12 years for Volvo ?
