Washer level warning light

I have a 1993 480 and my washer level warning light is permantly on does anyone have any ideas please? :

likely to be a defective float/sensor in the water tank. Luckily this can be checked easily.

Will post up how to do this later 2nite as just at my dinner.

yup, remove the bulb!!!!! mine did teh same and is a swine to remove the tank

if you check under bonnet on a regular basis, (weekly), then never need to worry about it being empty.

I still do the weekly checks on all cars (even the C30) oil, coolant, power steering , brakes etc, that way you see a quick error before it bites big style
