Washer level warning light

I have a 1993 480 and my washer level warning light is permantly on does anyone have any ideas please? : :D

likely to be a defective float/sensor in the water tank. Luckily this can be checked easily.

Will post up how to do this later 2nite as just at my dinner.

yup, remove the bulb!!!!! :D mine did teh same and is a swine to remove the tank

if you check under bonnet on a regular basis, (weekly), then never need to worry about it being empty.

I still do the weekly checks on all cars (even the C30) oil, coolant, power steering , brakes etc, that way you see a quick error before it bites big style
